What is Soft Play?
Soft Play refers to playgrounds typically designed for young children, featuring soft surfaces, foam structures, and safe equipment to encourage active play in a controlled environment.

Is Soft Play for indoors or outdoors?
Both! The best part of Soft Play is the versatility to fit any space. Mobile Soft Play is a great option when space is limited, or no electrical is available for a bounce house. When setup outdoors, we do require a shaded area as the surfaces get too hot for our little tots hands and feet!
BOUNCE HOUSE OR SOFT PLAY?
Both Soft Play and bounce houses have their own unique benefits, and choosing the right option depends on the preferences and developmental needs of the children in question. Bounce houses are a great source of entertainmen for kids, but usually best for 3 and up when they have more balance and coordination.

are you licensed and insured?
LWR Tot Spot is fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida. We believe in doing things right, and never cutting corners! You can check us out on Sunbiz.org, and we are able to provide a COI if needed by your event facility.
What if it rains the day of my event?
Just like anything else, you’ll always want to have a backup plan in the event there is rain forecasted. Our equipment can not get wet. Please have an alternative plan for this unpredictable weather. If the event needs to be cancelled, you may reschedule for another date within 12 months of the original date booked. Our Soft Play rentals can be setup indoors and is very flexible on space requirements in the event your event needs to move indoors!

We offer Soft Play Party Rentals in Sarasota and Manatee Counties – to include Bradenton, Palmetto, Lakewood Ranch, Ellenton, Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, Siesta Key, Venice, North Port, and Nokomos. If you are outside of these areas please contact us to determine if we can deliver to you.
Please complete the form below to reserve your event date. We will contact you to confirm the date is available and send you our contract for your party. Please note that we add 7% tax to each package upon booking. A $50 deposit is required for all reservations – *see contract for cancellation clause. The deposit will be deducted from the total balance owed. All invoices must be paid in full 1 week prior to the event date.

Confirmation:
Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit of $50 has been received. This deposit is deducted from the price of your rental. *See the Cancellation policy regarding refund of this deposit and cancellations.
Duration:
Soft Play Rentals: Each package is a 3 hour rental. Additional hours may be added when available for an additional $55 per hour
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to your event to prevent losing all fees paid. Cancellations with less than 14 days’ but more than 8 days notice will result in the loss of the $50 deposit. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will lose all fees paid to date of cancellation. In addition, no refund of the deposit will be given if outdoor parties are unable to go ahead due to rain or other adverse weather conditions, but can be transferred to a booking on another date within 12 months. We strongly suggest that you have an indoor option in case of rain.
Equipment Delivery & Pickup:
Delivery is free up to 15 miles from our address: Rosefinch Ct, Lakewood Ranch FL 34202. Delivery fees will apply to anything outside of that radius. We deliver throughout the Sarasota and Manatee county area!

Please ensure all party supplies, gifts, food, toys, etc you’ve put out have been removed from our equipment area at the time of pick up. Equipment shall not be returned in an extremely dirty condition as deemed by LWR Tot Spot at the time of pick up or an additional cleaning fee will be charged based on the damage assessed by an officer of LWR Tot Spot LLC. The cleaning fee will be charged to the payment method used to secure your rental. The card on file will be used for damaged or missing/stolen equipment at an appropriate amount, i.e. cost of repair or replacement., a receipt will be provided.
